TVR1 Process.

Day 1.

Visit property. Thermal image map all rooms. Take readings. Inspect all ventilation systems. General visual inspection of property looking for possible causes. Record humidity, temperature and calculate the dew point within the property.

Analyse the thermal image mapping. Correlate patterns and compare readings to recommended levels. Formulate conclusions based on the data/metrics analysed. Suggest recommendations to permanently solve the issue.

THDR7 Process.

Day 1.

Visit property. Install humidity, temperature and dew point sensors. Thermal image map all rooms. Take readings. Inspect all ventilation systems. General visual inspection of property looking for possible causes.

Day 2>8.

Tenants live as normal and go about their daily lives. Sensors collect data / metrics every 2 seconds.

Day 9.

Visit property. Retrieve the Humidity, Temperature and Dew Point sensors. General visual inspection of property.

Day 10 >.

Analyse sensor data / metrics from the period in the property - 1,814,400 data sets.

Analyse the thermal image mapping. Correlate patterns and compare readings to recommended levels. Formulate conclusions based on the data/metrics analysed. Suggest recommendations to permanently solve the issue.
