1.8 Million units of data collected [1,814,400].
We use advanced thermal imaging, temperature tracking, and precise humidity and dew point checks to build a clear picture of what’s going on.
This means you get proper, data-backed insights to help you make smart choices and sort out the problem for good.
With the latest tools, our surveys show exactly what environmental factors are at play – so you can deal with them confidently and get long-lasting results.

Example TVR7 Report.
TVR1 Process.
Day 1.
We visit the property and carry out a full thermal image scan of every room. We take readings, check all ventilation systems, and do a general visual inspection to spot any potential issues.
We record humidity and temperature levels and work out the dew point inside the property.
Then we analyse the thermal images, look for patterns, and compare your readings against recommended standards. From there, we draw clear conclusions based on the data and suggest practical, long-term solutions to fix the problem properly.
THDR7 Process.
Day 1.
We begin by visiting your home and setting up sensors to track humidity, temperature, and dew point. Next, we scan each room using thermal imaging to spot any hidden issues. We also check your ventilation systems and take a close look around the property to find anything that could be causing the problem.
Day 2>8.
Tenants live as normal and go about their daily lives. Sensors collect data / metrics every 2 seconds.
Day 9.
Visit property. Retrieve the Humidity, Temperature and Dew Point sensors. General visual inspection of property.
Day 10 >.
Analyse sensor data / metrics from the period in the property - 1,814,400 data sets.
We analyse the thermal images to spot any patterns and compare the readings to industry-recommended levels. From there, we draw conclusions based on the data and pinpoint what’s causing the issue.
Finally, we provide practical recommendations to help resolve the problem for good.
